Chip Description
The EG44273 is a single-channel, high-speed, low-side gate driver that can effectively drive metal-oxide-semiconductor field-effect transistors and insulated-gate bipolar transistors power switches. It provides high peak sink/source current pulses for capacitive loads, while offering rail-to-rail drive capability and short propagation delay. The EG44273 has a wide supply voltage range of 4V～20V and a static power consumption of less than 1uA. When VCC=12V, the EG44273 can provide a peak sink/source (symmetrical drive) current drive capability of 2A; it uses a SOT23-5 package.
