Chip Description
The EG2123A is a cost-effective, high-power MOS tube and IGBT gate drive chip. It integrates logic signal input processing circuits, dead-time control circuits, undervoltage protection circuits, latch circuits, level shift circuits, pulse filtering circuits, and output drive circuits.
The EG2123A has a high-end operating voltage of up to 260V and a wide low-end VCC power supply voltage range of 7V～20V. This chip has a latch function to prevent simultaneous conduction of the output power tubes. The input channels HIN and LIN have built-in pull-down and pull-up resistors, which keep the upper and lower power MOS tubes off when the input is floating. The output current capability is IO +0.8A/-1.2A, and it uses a TSSOP20 package.
