LP35118H is a high-performance, high-voltage secondary synchronous rectifier control chip suitable for AC-DC synchronous rectifier applications in forward and flyback systems. LP35118H supports DCM and CCM operating modes. LP35118H uses patented rectifier tube turn-on determination technology to effectively avoid erroneous driver chip turn-on caused by magnetic oscillation. LP35118H has an extremely fast turn-off speed, which can significantly reduce efficiency loss caused by turn-off delay under CCM operating conditions. LP35118H integrates VCC power supply technology to ensure that the chip VCC will not be undervoltage without auxiliary winding power supply. LP35118H uses SOT23-6L packaging.
