LP35116 is a high-performance, high-voltage secondary synchronous rectifier control chip suitable for AC-DC synchronous rectifier applications in forward and flyback systems. LP35116 supports multiple operating modes, including DCM and CCM. It utilizes patented rectifier tube turn-on and cycle tracking technologies to effectively prevent misoperation of the driver chip caused by magnetic oscillation and efficiency losses due to turn-off delays in pure voltage determination under CCM operating conditions. LP35116 employs a patented externally programmable dead-time technology; adjusting a resistor value adjusts the dead time of the synchronous rectifier tube turn-off in CCM mode. LP35116 uses diverse VCC power supply technology, ensuring that the VCC supply pin of the AC-DC controller does not experience undervoltage under various output voltage conditions without requiring auxiliary winding power. LP35116 is packaged in SOT23-5L.
