LP3715CF is a highly integrated, isolated adapter and charger with a self-powered PSR control chip, requiring a very simple external design. The LP3715CF sets a fixed primary peak current, using the transformer's primary-to-secondary turns ratio to set the output constant current point; and sets a constant voltage point by setting an FB bias resistor. To simplify system costs, the LP3715CF includes a built-in startup circuit, eliminating the need for external start-up resistors, and a built-in FB bias resistor, using a fixed peak current to eliminate the current limiting resistor; and uses a self-powered method to eliminate the auxiliary winding VCC supply diode. To achieve a better output voltage regulation rate, the LP3715CF incorporates an output cable compensation function, and the output cable compensation value can be adjusted by setting the value of the external FB bias resistor. In conjunction with Xinmao's unique synchronization, the LP3715CF can meet high dynamic requirements. The LP3715CF integrates multiple protection functions, including VCC clamping/undervoltage protection, FB pin open-circuit protection, output short-circuit protection, output overvoltage protection, and overtemperature protection. The LP3715CF uses an SOP8L package.
