BM1117N series
General Description Features Typical Applications The BM1117N series is a high-precision, low-noise LDO voltage regulator capable of providing an output current of over 910mA to 1A at 800mA, with a maximum voltage drop of 0.5V. This series includes two fixed output voltages: 1.2V, 1.5V, 1.8V, 2.5V, 3.3V, 5.0V. On-chip adjustment allows the reference voltage/output voltage to be adjusted to within ±1.5%. Internal protection features include output current limiting, safe operating area compensation, and thermal shutdown. The BM1117N series can operate with an input voltage up to 18V. Available in SOT23, SOT223, SOT89 and TO252 packages.
