CN5318
Overview CN5318 is a simple and easy-to-use PFM mode boost DC-DC converter control integrated circuit, especially suitable for low-cost and miniaturized applications. The input voltage range is 2.7V to 6.5V, and the output voltage is set by an external feedback resistor. The feedback voltage accuracy of the FB pin is ±1%. When the input voltage is 3.7V, the operating current of CN5318 is only 32μA, which is very suitable for battery-powered applications. CN5318 uses PFM operating mode and can achieve high conversion efficiency over a wide range of input voltage and load current. The on-time and off-time of the external N-channel MOSFET are also fully optimized, which is very suitable for miniaturization of inductors and filter capacitors. The chip enable input can enable CN5318 to enter a very low-power shutdown mode. CN5318 uses a 6-pin SOT-23 package.
