Overview: CN3306 is a current mode, fixed-frequency PWM boost type multi-battery charge management integrated circuit. The input voltage range of CN3306 is 4.5V to 32V. With few external components, it is simple and flexible to use, and can be used for the charge management of lithium batteries, lithium iron phosphate batteries or lithium titanate batteries. CN3306 has constant current and constant voltage charging modes. In constant current charging mode, the charging current is set by an external resistor; in constant voltage charging mode, the modulation voltage of CN3306 is set by an external resistor. In the constant voltage charging stage, the charging current gradually decreases, and when the charging current decreases to 16.6% of the constant current charging current, the charging ends. In the charging end state, if the battery voltage drops to the recharging threshold, a new charging cycle will automatically start. Other functions include chip shutdown function, battery overvoltage protection function, built-in 5V voltage regulator and slope compensation, etc. CN3306 is packaged in a 16-pin TSSOP package.
