CN3767
Overview: CN3767 is a PWM buck mode 12V lead-acid battery charge management integrated circuit. It independently and automatically manages the charging of lead-acid batteries, featuring a small package size, few external components, and ease of use. CN3767 has trickle, constant current, overcharge, and float charge modes, making it ideal for charging 12V lead-acid batteries. In overcharge and float charge modes, the typical charging voltages are 14.8V and 13.55V respectively; in constant current charging mode, the charging current is set by an external resistor. When powered by a solar panel, the internal circuit can automatically track the maximum power point of the solar panel. Users do not need to consider worst-case scenarios, maximizing the utilization of the solar panel's output power, making it ideal for solar-powered applications. If the battery voltage is below 75% of the set overcharge voltage, CN3767 performs trickle charging at 17.5% of the set constant current charging current. During the overcharge stage, the charging current gradually decreases. When the charging current drops to 38% of the constant current charging current, CN3767 enters the float charge state. In the float charge state, if the battery voltage drops to 83.95% of the set overcharge voltage, a new charging cycle automatically begins. When the input power is cut off or the input voltage is lower than the battery voltage, CN3767 automatically enters a low-power sleep mode. Other functions include input undervoltage lockout, battery overvoltage protection, and charging status indication. CN3767 is packaged in a 10-pin SSOP package.
