IP6805U
The IP6805U is a wireless charging transmitter control SoC chip, compatible with the latest WPC Qi v1.2.4 standard, supporting A11 or A11a coils, and supporting 5W charging. The IP6805U detects the wireless receiver via analog ping and establishes communication with the receiver before starting power transmission. The IP6805U decodes the communication data packets sent from the receiver and then uses a PID algorithm to change the oscillation frequency to adjust the output power on the coil. Once the battery on the receiver is fully charged, the IP6805U terminates power transmission. The IP6805U integrates a full-bridge drive circuit and full-bridge power MOS, and a voltage & current dual-channel ASK communication demodulation module; the high integration of the solution significantly reduces the size and BOM cost of the solution.
