Product Description
SP6516FD is a high-performance switching power supply secondary-side synchronous rectification control circuit. In low-voltage, high-current switching power supply applications, it easily meets 6-level energy efficiency, making it an ideal solution for ultra-low on-state voltage drop rectification devices. The chip supports switching frequency applications up to 150KHz and supports switching power supply operating modes such as CCM / QR / DCM. Its extremely low on-state voltage drop loss is far less than the conduction loss of Schottky diodes, greatly improving system conversion efficiency and significantly reducing the temperature of the rectification device.
The chip features a built-in 60V withstand voltage NMOSFET synchronous rectification switch with extremely low internal resistance, providing system output up to 3A; it also integrates high-voltage direct detection technology with a withstand voltage up to 150V; and self-powering technology greatly extends the output voltage application range.
