Product Description
The SP6514FA is a high-performance synchronous rectifier control circuit for secondary-side switching power supplies. In low-voltage, high-current switching power supply applications, it easily meets Tier 6 energy efficiency requirements and is an ideal solution for ultra-low conduction voltage drop rectifier devices. The chip supports switching frequencies up to 150KHz and supports switching power supply operating modes such as CCM/QR/DCM. The extremely low conduction voltage drop results in significantly lower power loss compared to Schottky diodes, greatly improving system conversion efficiency and significantly reducing rectifier device temperature.
The chip integrates a 45V NMOSFET synchronous rectifier switch with extremely low internal resistance, providing a system output of up to 4A; it also integrates high-voltage direct detection technology; and self-powered technology greatly expands the output voltage application range.
