Product Description
SP6568AFB is a high-performance synchronous rectifier control circuit for secondary-side switching power supplies. In low-voltage, high-current switching power supply applications, it easily meets the requirements of Level VI energy efficiency and is an ideal solution for ultra-low conduction voltage drop rectifier devices. The chip supports switching frequency applications up to 150KHz and supports switching power supply operating modes such as CCM/QR/DCM. The extremely low conduction voltage drop results in significantly lower power loss compared to Schottky diodes, greatly improving system conversion efficiency and significantly reducing the temperature of the rectifier device.
The chip incorporates high-voltage direct detection technology with a voltage withstand capability up to 150V; and self-powered technology greatly expands the output voltage application range.
