Product Description
The SP6500 is a synchronous rectifier controller for flyback power supply systems. It can replace Schottky rectifier diodes and reduce losses with its extremely low on-resistance. The SP6500 can operate in discontinuous conduction mode (DCM) and quasi-resonant mode (QR). Advanced blanking technology ensures stable and reliable operation in various operating modes.
The SP6500 controls the on and off states of the external MOSFET by detecting the drain-source voltage. It features simple external components and is suitable for applications with 5～12V output.
