The CC6121 is a dual-output latching Hall effect switch IC that integrates two independent Hall effect devices and signal processing circuits. These two Hall effect devices have a fixed relative position with an error accuracy of 0.5μm, effectively solving the consistency problem of small-pitch detectors in mass production. The CC6121 is manufactured using an advanced BiCMOS process, and each channel internally includes a voltage regulator output module, a Hall element, a signal amplification module, a dynamic offset cancellation module, and a power output stage with current limiting protection. Using dynamic offset cancellation technology and Xinjin Electronics' patented temperature compensation technology, the CC6121 significantly reduces offset voltage caused by factors such as packaging stress and environmental temperature changes, ensuring high consistency in magnetic sensitivity, excellent temperature stability, and high resistance to mechanical stress. The distance between the two Hall effect devices is 1.56mm. Using an appropriately customized magnetic ring can ensure that the two outputs are orthogonal, suitable for magnetic ring speed and direction detection systems in automotive and industrial applications with demanding environmental requirements. The CC6121 is available in a TO-94 package, all of which comply with RoHS standards, and the operating temperature range is -40~150°C.
