The CC6111 is a unipolar Hall effect switch IC, manufactured using an advanced BiCMOS process. It features excellent temperature stability and high resistance to mechanical stress, with a maximum operating temperature of 150°C. The CC6111 utilizes dynamic offset cancellation technology and Xinjin Electronics' patented temperature compensation technology to significantly reduce offset voltage caused by factors such as packaging stress and environmental temperature changes, ensuring high consistency in magnetic sensitivity. The CC6111 includes a voltage regulator output module, Hall element, signal amplification module, dynamic offset cancellation module, and a power output stage with current limiting protection. The built-in voltage regulator output circuit module allows the chip to operate within a 2.5V to 28V power supply voltage range. The CC6111 is available in TO-92S and SOT23-3 packages, both RoHS compliant, with an operating temperature range of -40°C to 150°C.
