The CC6215 is a low-power, high-sensitivity bipolar Hall effect switch sensor with latch output, which can directly replace traditional reed switches. It is especially suitable for battery-powered portable electronic products such as mobile phones, cordless phones, laptops, and PDAs. When the south pole of a magnetic field is close to the CC6215TO marking surface of the chip and the magnetic field strength reaches the threshold, the output is low; when the north pole of a magnetic field is close to the CC6215TO marking surface of the chip and the magnetic field strength reaches the threshold, the output is high. The CC6215 internal circuit includes a Hall element, voltage regulator module, signal amplification processing module, dynamic offset elimination module, latch module, and CMOS output stage. The product uses dynamic offset elimination technology, which can eliminate offset voltage caused by packaging stress, thermal stress, and temperature gradient, and improve the consistency of the device. Because the CC6215 uses advanced Bi-CMOS technology and an overall optimized circuit structure, the product achieves extremely low input error feedback. At the same time, the product uses an extremely miniaturized packaging process, making the product more competitive in terms of performance and market advantages. The CC6215 is available in SOT23-3 and TO-92S packages and has an operating temperature range of -40~85°C.
