The CC6211E is a low-power, high-sensitivity, unipolar Hall effect switch sensor. The internal circuitry of the CC6211E includes a Hall element, voltage regulator module, signal amplification module, dynamic offset cancellation module, latch module, and CMOS output stage. Due to the use of advanced Bi-CMOS technology and an optimized circuit structure, the product achieves extremely low input error feedback. The product uses dynamic offset cancellation technology, which eliminates offset voltage caused by packaging stress, thermal stress, and temperature gradients, improving device consistency. At the same time, the product uses a highly miniaturized packaging process, making the product more competitive in terms of performance and market advantages. The CC6211E is available in SOT23-3, TSOT23-3, TO-92S, DFN1010-4L, DFN1216-4L, and SOT553 packages, with an operating temperature range of -40 to 85°C.
