The CC6207 is a low-power, high-sensitivity, bipolar Hall effect switch sensor with latch output, which can directly replace traditional reed switches. It is especially suitable for battery-powered portable electronic products such as mobile phones, cordless phones, laptops, and PDAs. The CC6207 has bipolar magnetic field detection, meaning it can be activated by either the north or south pole of a magnet. The output turns off when the magnetic field is removed. Unlike other general Hall effect sensors, it does not require a specific north or south pole to operate, reducing the trouble of identifying magnetic poles during assembly. The CC6207 internal circuit includes a Hall element, voltage regulator module, signal amplification processing module, dynamic offset cancellation module, latch module, and CMOS output stage. Because the CC6207 uses advanced BiCMOS technology and an optimized circuit structure, the product achieves extremely low input error feedback. The product uses dynamic offset cancellation technology, which can eliminate offset voltage caused by packaging stress, thermal stress, and temperature gradients, improving device consistency. At the same time, the product uses an extremely miniaturized packaging process, making the product more competitive in performance and market. The CC6207 is available in SOT23-3, TO-92S, and DFN4L packages, with an operating temperature range of -40~125°C
