The CC6203 is a low-power, high-sensitivity, bipolar Hall effect switch sensor with latch output, which can directly replace traditional reed switches. It is especially suitable for battery-powered portable electronic products such as mobile phones, cordless phones, laptops, and PDAs. The CC6203 has bipolar magnetic field detection, meaning it can be activated simply by approaching the north or south pole of a magnetic field, and the output turns off after the magnetic field is removed. Unlike other general Hall effect sensors, it does not require a specific south or north pole to operate, reducing the trouble of identifying magnetic poles during assembly. The product uses dynamic offset cancellation technology, which can eliminate offset voltage caused by packaging stress, thermal stress, and temperature gradients, improving device consistency. The internal circuit of the CC6203 includes a Hall element, voltage regulator module, signal amplification processing module, dynamic offset cancellation module, latch module, and CMOS output stage. Because the CC6203 uses advanced Bi-CMOS technology and an overall optimized circuit structure, the product achieves extremely low input error feedback. At the same time, the product uses an extremely miniaturized packaging process, making the product more competitive in terms of performance and market advantages. The CC6203 is available in SOT23-3 and TO-92S packages, with an operating temperature range of -40~150°C.
