The CC6401 is a high-performance, low-cost, single-coil DC brushless motor (fan) driver. This chip is manufactured using an innovative and advanced high-voltage BiCMOS process, optimized for Hall sensors and motor drives. The chip includes a high-sensitivity Hall sensor, chopper offset cancellation module, Hall temperature compensation unit, voltage regulator, over-temperature protection, and a low RDSON full-bridge driver, etc. The CC6401 has low power consumption, with a static current of only 2.5mA, which helps to improve fan efficiency and reliability. The CC6401 only offers Class A products, reducing customer inventory costs. The CC6401 is available in three packages: TSOT23-6L, TO-94, and SOT335, all of which are RoHS compliant.
