The CCH477E is a high-performance, low-cost single-coil DC brushless motor (fan) driver IC. This IC is manufactured using an innovative advanced high-voltage BiCMOS process, optimized for Hall sensors and motor drives. The chip includes a reverse polarity protection module, a high-sensitivity Hall sensor, a chopper offset cancellation module, a Hall temperature compensation unit, a voltage regulator, over-temperature protection, and a low RDSON full-bridge driver, etc. The CCH477E has low power consumption, with a static current of only 2mA, which helps improve fan efficiency and reliability. The CCH477E only offers Class A products, reducing customer inventory costs. The CCH477E is available in TO-94 and SOT335 packages and is RoHS compliant.
