Overview CC6925 is a linear Hall sensor chip that detects full differential magnetic fields. The chip detects the differential magnetic field generated by the current flowing through the conductor below the package base island, and converts the magnetic field signal into a voltage signal output. It is mainly used in new energy vehicles and industrial high-current sensors. The high-current sensor solution based on CC6925 has the advantages of small size without magnetic core, strong resistance to external magnetic interference, strong resistance to power supply interference, simple process and low cost, fast response speed, and high reliability. The chip is manufactured using advanced BiCMOS technology and internally includes a differential Hall sensor, a 2MHz chopper amplifier, a variable gain amplifier, an output sensitivity/offset/overcurrent programming interface, an oscillator, a filter, a zero-point reference output, an overcurrent output, and an amplifier buffer output, etc. The sensor uses linear Hall sensor temperature compensation technology and has high temperature stability. The differential Hall sensor array enables the chip to have anti-magnetic interference capability, and the chip can be used in complex electromagnetic environments; the input power supply VDD can withstand ±20V surge voltage, which enhances the reliability of the product. CC6925 adopts DFN8 (4×4) customized package, the operating temperature range is -40~125°C, and it complies with RoHS relevant instructions.
