CC6926
The CC6926 is a high-performance Hall effect current sensor that can more effectively measure DC or AC current. It features high accuracy, linearity, and good temperature stability, and is widely used in industrial, consumer, and communication equipment. The CC6926 integrates a high-precision, low-noise linear Hall circuit and an ultra-low impedance main current conductor. The 30uΩ ultra-low impedance conductor minimizes power loss and heat dissipation. The internal inherent insulation provides a 5000V (AC) insulation voltage between the input current path and the secondary circuit. The sensor uses linear Hall sensor temperature compensation technology and has high temperature stability. The CC6926's integrated differential common-mode rejection circuit allows the chip output to be unaffected by external interfering magnetic signals; the integrated dynamic offset cancellation circuit ensures that the chip's sensitivity is not affected by external pressure and chip packaging stress. The CC6926 is designed with an open-drain output fast fault monitoring function, making it ideal for overcurrent fault detection. The reference voltage (VREF) allows for differential measurements and setting overcurrent fault thresholds for device reference voltage (VOC). The CC6926 uses a TO263-7 package, has an operating temperature range of -40 to +125°C, and complies with RoHS regulations.

The benchmark has two modes: built-in VREF output and external VREF input:
When in built-in VREF output mode, VOE is programmable to <5mV. When in external VREF input mode, the static output voltage VOUT is consistent with it.
Wide measurement range, 50A-300A with multiple ranges optional. User-defined overcurrent point VOC, with low-latency fault alarm output xFAULT.
Low noise, single-ended analog output. Low loss, lead resistance 30uΩ.
High bandwidth, up to 250kHz, step response time 1.2us.
Room temperature error 1%, sensitivity temperature drift range ±2.5%.
Good temperature stability, using Hall signal amplifier circuit and temperature compensation circuit.
Differential Hall structure, strong resistance to external magnetic interference. Strong resistance to mechanical stress, magnetic parameters will not deviate due to external pressure.
Fixed/tracking sensitivity optional.
ESD (HBM) 4kV, ESD(CDM) 1kV, LU 200mA application.
Motor control. Load monitoring system. Switching power supply. Overcurrent fault protection. Photovoltaic and energy storage.
