QX5306 Boost-Type High-Power LED Constant Current Driver
The QX5306 is a high-efficiency, high-precision boost-type constant current driver control chip for high-power LEDs.
The QX5306 integrates a high-precision error amplifier, a fixed off-time control circuit, and a constant current drive circuit, making it particularly suitable for constant current driving of high-power, multiple high-brightness LED strings.
By adjusting the external current sensing resistor, the QX5306 can control the drive current of high-brightness LEDs, ensuring the LEDs achieve the expected constant brightness. PWM signals can be applied to the DIM pin for LED dimming.
The QX5306 uses a fixed off-time control method. The off-time can be set via an external resistor. It uses built-in compensation technology, eliminating the need for external compensation capacitors, and includes built-in output overvoltage protection. The overvoltage protection point can be set via an external resistor.
The QX5306 is packaged in an SOP8 package.
