QXS521 High-Efficiency Solar LED Lawn Light Driver
The QXS521 is a dedicated integrated circuit designed specifically for solar LED lawn lights.
The QXS521 only requires one external inductor to form a solar lighting device.
The QXS521 consists of a switching drive circuit, a light-controlled switch circuit, an internally integrated charging switch, and a power tube circuit.
The QXS521 operating voltage is 0.7V to 1.5V, suitable for a single AA battery or a single NiMH battery.
The QXS521, packaged in a TO-94 package, is light-controlled via a solar panel, and the external circuit does not require a photoresistor or ordinary resistor.
