Product Overview
NDP23A5QB is a high-efficiency, monolithic synchronous step-down DC/DC converter using a jitter frequency, average current mode control architecture. It can deliver up to 15A continuous load with excellent line and load regulation. The device operates from an input voltage range of 7V to 30V and provides an adjustable output voltage from 2V to 25V. The NDP23A5QB includes short-circuit and thermal protection circuits to increase system reliability. The internal soft-start prevents input inrush current during startup.
