TP7660 / TP7660H
TP7660 is a dedicated DC/DC charge pump voltage inverter integrated circuit. The chip can convert an input voltage ranging from 1.2V to 8V into a corresponding output voltage of -1.2V to -8V, and only requires two external capacitors, no inductor, reducing power loss, area and electromagnetic interference.
