SF7719A
SF7719X is a high-performance secondary-side switch used for synchronous rectification (SR) in flyback converters. Replacing a diode with SF7719X can effectively reduce the power consumption of the secondary-side rectifier and improve system efficiency. SF7719X turns on its internal MOSFET when the sensed VDS of the internal MOSFET is less than -300mV and turns off the internal MOSFET when VSWS is greater than -10mV. SF7719X supports multiple operating modes, such as DCM, BCM, CCM, and quasi-resonant. SF7719X is packaged in SOP8.
