SP5366P is a high-precision, non-isolated, step-down LED lighting converter chip. This chip operates in critical conduction mode and is suitable for non-isolated step-down constant current LED driver power supplies in the 85Vac~265Vac full voltage range.
The SP5366P integrates a 500V high-voltage power switch, and the chip's operating current is extremely low, reducing system losses and improving efficiency. No auxiliary winding power supply is needed, reducing the number of external components. A new current detection method and drive are used to achieve excellent constant current characteristics even with reduced cost and size. The SP5366P incorporates a high-precision current sampling circuit and special constant current control technology to achieve high-precision constant current output. The chip operates in critical conduction mode, and the output current does not change with changes in inductance and output load.
The SP5366P has multiple protection functions, including output short-circuit/open-circuit protection, chip undervoltage protection, CS resistor short-circuit protection, and over-temperature regulation.
