KP107XQ External overheat regulation protection, buck-type quasi-resonant LED power switch The KP107XQ series is a highly integrated constant current LED power switch. The chip adopts a quasi-resonant operating mode and does not require an auxiliary winding to detect demagnetization. At the same time, it integrates a high-voltage 500V power MOSFET, a 600V ultra-fast recovery diode, an 800V rectifier bridge, and a high-voltage self-powered circuit, simplifying system design and production costs. The chip integrates high-precision inductor current sampling technology to obtain high-precision constant current output, and the output line voltage and load adjustment rate are excellent. At the same time, the OTP protection point can be adjusted by external resistor grading. KP107XQ integrates complete protection functions to ensure the safe and reliable operation of the system, such as: VDD undervoltage protection (UVLO), cycle-by-cycle current limit (OCP), overheat protection (OTP), LED short circuit protection, etc.
