KP1079X series
KP1079X Non-isolated, buck type quasi-resonant LED power switch The KP1079X series is a highly integrated constant current LED power switch. The chip uses a quasi-resonant operating mode and does not require an auxiliary winding to detect demagnetization. At the same time, it integrates a high-voltage 500V power MOSFET, a 600V ultra-fast recovery diode, an 800V rectifier bridge, and a high-voltage self-powered circuit, simplifying system design and reducing production costs. The chip integrates high-precision inductor current sampling technology to achieve high-precision constant current output, and the output line voltage and load regulation performance are excellent. KP1079X integrates complete protection functions to ensure safe and reliable system operation, such as: VDD undervoltage protection (UVLO), cycle-by-cycle current limit (OCP), overtemperature protection (OTP), output overvoltage protection (OVP), LED open and short circuit protection, etc.
