KP1075X series
KP1075X Non-isolated, buck quasi-resonant LED power switch The KP1075X series is a highly integrated constant current LED power switch. The chip uses a quasi-resonant operating mode and does not require an auxiliary winding to detect demagnetization. At the same time, it integrates a high-voltage 500V power MOSFET, a 600V ultra-fast recovery diode, and a high-voltage self-powered circuit, simplifying system design and reducing production costs. The chip integrates high-precision inductor current sampling technology to achieve high-precision constant current output, and the output line voltage and load regulation performance are excellent. KP1075X integrates complete protection functions to ensure safe and reliable system operation, such as: VDD undervoltage protection (UVLO), cycle-by-cycle current limiting (OCP), overtemperature protection (OTP), and LED short-circuit protection.
