KP119X Series
KP119X Isolated, primary-side controlled constant current mode LED power switch The KP119X series is a highly integrated primary-side controlled, constant current mode LED power switch. The chip operates in discontinuous inductor current mode and is suitable for isolated flyback LED constant current power supplies. The KP119X integrates a 650V power MOSFET and a high-voltage self-powered circuit. It uses a new demagnetization detection technology, eliminating the need for an auxiliary winding for demagnetization detection and power supply, simplifying system design and reducing production costs. The chip integrates a high-precision inductor current sampling circuit to achieve high-precision constant current output and excellent line voltage and load regulation. The KP119X integrates complete protection functions to ensure safe and reliable system operation, such as: VDD undervoltage protection (UVLO), cycle-by-cycle current limiting (OCP), overtemperature protection (OTP), output overvoltage protection (OVP), LED open and short circuit protection, etc.
