KP116
KP116 Non-isolated, buck-boost active power factor correction LED driver controller KP116 is a highly integrated constant current LED controller. The chip uses a quasi-resonant operating mode and active power factor correction control technology to meet the requirements of high power factor, low harmonic distortion, and high efficiency. KP116 integrates high-voltage startup and high-voltage power supply circuits, simplifying system design and reducing production costs. By sampling the inductor current during the freewheeling period, the chip can achieve ultra-high precision constant current output, and the output line voltage and load regulation performance are excellent. KP116 integrates complete protection functions to ensure safe and reliable system operation, such as: VDD undervoltage protection (UVLO), cycle-by-cycle current limit (OCP), overtemperature protection (OTP), output overvoltage protection (OVP), LED open and short circuit protection, etc.
