KP1325X High PF isolated quasi-resonant flyback LED power switch The KP1325X is a highly integrated LED constant current power switch suitable for isolated flyback LED constant current power supplies with full-range AC input voltage. The KP1325X adopts a high-efficiency primary-side feedback quasi-resonant operating mode and active power factor correction control technology to meet the requirements of high power factor and low total harmonic distortion. The KP1325X integrates a 650V high-voltage power MOSFET, high-precision inductor current sampling technology and a high-precision current comparator reference threshold voltage, and incorporates line voltage and load voltage adjustment rate compensation technology, giving the chip good constant current output characteristics. The KP1325X integrates multiple protection functions, including LED open and short circuit protection, VDD undervoltage protection (UVLO), output overvoltage protection (OVP), cycle-by-cycle current limiting (OCP), abnormal overcurrent protection (AOCP), and overtemperature protection (OTP), enhancing the safety and reliability of the LED power supply.
