KP1465X Series
KP1465X PWM Dimming, Buck Constant Current LED Power Switch The KP1465X series is a highly integrated buck constant current LED power switch. The chip uses a quasi-resonant operating mode and does not require an auxiliary winding for detecting demagnetization. At the same time, the KP1465X also integrates a unique dimming technology that provides high-precision PWM signal dimming. The KP1465X integrates a 500V high-voltage MOSFET and a 650V high-voltage power supply circuit, simplifying system design and reducing production costs. The chip integrates high-precision inductor current sampling technology to achieve high-precision constant current output, and the output line voltage and load regulation performance are excellent. The KP1465X integrates complete protection functions to ensure safe and reliable system operation, such as: undervoltage protection (UVLO), cycle-by-cycle current limiting (OCP), overtemperature protection (OTP), output overvoltage protection (OVP), LED open and short circuit protection, etc.
