KP122X series
KP122X Triac Dimmable, Step-Up/Step-Down Active Power Factor Correction LED Power Switch The KP122X series is a highly integrated constant current LED power switch. The chip uses a quasi-resonant operating mode and active power factor correction control technology to meet the requirements of high power factor, low harmonic distortion, and high efficiency. The KP122X integrates demagnetization signal detection technology, and integrates high-voltage MOSFETs and power supply circuits. It does not require auxiliary winding detection for demagnetization and power supply, simplifying system design and reducing production costs. The chip integrates high-precision inductor current sampling technology and a high-precision current comparator reference threshold voltage, and integrates line voltage compensation technology, with good constant current output characteristics. The KP122X also integrates unique dimming technology, providing excellent triac dimming performance. The KP122X integrates complete protection functions to ensure safe and reliable system operation, such as: VDD undervoltage protection (UVLO), cycle-by-cycle current limiting (OCP), overtemperature protection (OTP), output overvoltage protection (OVP), LED open and short circuit protection, etc.
