KP14664M PWM Dimmable, Buck Type High Power Factor LED Constant Current Power Switch KP14664M is a highly integrated constant current LED power switch. The chip adopts a quasi-resonant operating mode and active power factor correction control technology to meet the performance requirements of high power factor, low harmonic distortion, and high efficiency. KP14664M integrates a high-voltage 600V power MOSFET and a high-voltage power supply circuit, simplifying system design and reducing production costs. Through a unique constant current control algorithm, the chip can achieve high-precision constant current output, and the output line voltage and load adjustment rate are excellent. KP14664M also integrates a unique dimming technology that provides high-precision PWM signal dimming.
