KP1402A
KP1402A 0/1-5V, 0/1-10V, PWM, All-in-one dimming signal converter KP1402A is a high-precision and fully featured dimming signal converter. The chip can detect different dimming input signals (including 0/1-10V, 10-0/1V, 0/1-5V, 5-0/1V voltage dimming signals, 0-100% duty cycle PWM signals, and simple resistor dimming signals), and converts the input signal into a PWM signal with the corresponding duty cycle for adjusting the output current of the LED driver. KP1402A has a variety of flexible configuration functions through external resistors, including setting the output frequency, setting different input signal detection currents, setting the voltage or duty cycle of the input dimming signal corresponding to DIM OFF, setting the minimum output duty cycle, setting the dimming upper clamping point, and setting positive and negative logic dimming under 0-5/10V and PWM dimming. KP1402A provides a very wide operating voltage of 12V to 100V, making the chip power supply circuit simpler. KP1402A also integrates an over-temperature protection function, which stops outputting dimming signals when the temperature is too high, improving system reliability.
