KP8110X
KP8110X - 3.6A brushed DC motor H-bridge driver KP8110X is a brushed DC motor driver suitable for home appliances, industrial equipment and other brushed DC motor, stepper motor applications. The driver consists of an H-bridge composed of four NMOS transistors. Two logic inputs control the full-bridge driver to drive the bidirectional flow of current in the brushed DC motor. The maximum peak current capability of the driver is 3.6A. The chip has a built-in low-power sleep mode. When both logic inputs are low and after a period of time, the device enters low-power mode. KP8110X integrates a high-precision current detection module, which can proportionally output the current information of the low-side power transistor of the H-bridge. The output current can be detected by connecting an external resistor. At the same time, adjusting the value of this resistor can achieve output current regulation. KP8110X integrates input undervoltage protection, overcurrent protection and overtemperature protection.
