KP40512M High-performance secondary-side synchronous rectifier switch with fast turn-off function KP40512M is a high-performance secondary-side synchronous rectifier power switch that can replace Schottky rectifier diodes to improve system efficiency. KP40512M supports High Side and Low Side configurations and has a built-in VDD high-voltage power supply module, eliminating the need for auxiliary winding power supply and reducing system costs. KP40512M has a fast turn-off function and supports discontinuous conduction mode (DCM), quasi-resonant mode (QR), and continuous conduction mode (CCM).
