KP4050
KP4050 High-performance secondary-side synchronous rectifier controller with fast shutdown function KP4050 is a high-performance secondary-side synchronous rectifier controller that can replace Schottky rectifier diodes when used with external MOS to improve system efficiency. KP4050 supports High Side and Low Side configurations, and has a built-in VDD high-voltage power supply module, eliminating the need for auxiliary winding power supply and reducing system cost. KP4050 has a fast shutdown function and supports Discontinuous Conduction Mode (DCM), Quasi-Resonant Mode (QR), and Continuous Conduction Mode (CCM). KP4050 integrates a smart turn-on detection function internally, which can effectively prevent false SR turn-on caused by Vds oscillation in Discontinuous Conduction Mode (DCM).
