KP3210
KP3210 High-performance, low-cost offline PWM control power switch The KP3210 series is a high-performance, low-cost PWM control power switch suitable for offline low-power buck applications. It features a simple peripheral circuit and a small number of components. The built-in high-voltage MOSFET also improves the system's surge tolerance. Unlike traditional PWM controllers, the KP321X does not have a fixed clock to drive the MOSFET. The system switching frequency adjusts automatically with the load. The chip also uses multi-mode PWM control technology, which effectively simplifies the peripheral circuit design, improves the line regulation and load regulation, and eliminates audible noise during system operation. In addition, the internal peak current detection threshold automatically adjusts according to the actual load, effectively reducing standby power consumption under no-load conditions. The KP3210 integrates comprehensive protection functions with self-recovery capabilities: VDD undervoltage protection, cycle-by-cycle current limiting, output overvoltage protection, overtemperature protection, overload protection, and VDD overvoltage protection.
