KP3114H
KP3114H High-performance, low-cost, non-isolated PWM control power switch KP3114H is a high-performance, low-cost PWM control power switch, especially suitable for low-power non-isolated applications, with a simple peripheral circuit and a small number of components. At the same time, the product's built-in high-voltage MOSFET can improve the system's surge withstand capability. Unlike traditional PWM controllers, KP3114H has no fixed clock to drive the MOSFET internally, and the system switching frequency can be automatically adjusted with load changes. At the same time, the chip adopts multi-mode PWM control technology, which effectively simplifies the peripheral circuit design, improves line regulation and load regulation, and eliminates audible noise during system operation. In addition, the chip's internal peak current detection threshold can be automatically adjusted according to the actual load conditions, which can effectively reduce standby power consumption under no-load conditions.
