Chip Description
The EG8543 is a dual operational amplifier with low operating current, single-supply operation, 4MHz bandwidth, and high-speed rail-to-rail input and output. Rail-to-rail input and output make it easy for designers to implement ASIC buffering in single-supply systems. The EG8543 is optimized to maintain high gain at lower supply voltages, making it suitable for active filters and gain stages. The EG8543 has an extremely low input bias current, making it suitable for integrators, photodiode amplifiers, piezoelectric sensors, and other applications with high source impedance. Each amplifier's supply current is only 200µA, making it ideal for battery-powered applications. The EG8543 has an extended industrial temperature range of -40℃ to +125℃. The EG8543 is available in an 8-pin SOIC surface mount package.
