Chip Description
The EG8403 stereo Class D audio power amplifier delivers the performance of an AB class power amplifier with the efficiency of a Class D amplifier. Using a low-noise, filterless structure eliminates the output low-pass filter traditionally required in Class D amplifiers. Requiring minimal external components, it saves PCB space and system costs, making it ideal for portable applications. The EG8403 can deliver 3W of power with efficiency exceeding 85%, while also featuring system shutdown and mute control functions. Its special circuit architecture enhances noise immunity and reduces RF interference.
