Chip Description
The EG2003 is a cost-effective dedicated gate driver chip for MOSFETs and IGBTs. It integrates logic signal input processing circuits, undervoltage protection circuits, level shift circuits, pulse filtering circuits, and output driver circuits. It is specifically designed for driver circuits in brushless motor controllers and DC-DC power supplies.
The EG2003 has a high-end operating voltage of up to 200V and a wide low-end Vcc supply voltage range of 10V～20V. The HIN input channel has a built-in 200K pull-down resistor. LIN It has a built-in 200K pull-up resistor. When the input is floating, it keeps the upper and lower power MOSFETs in the off state. The output current capability is IO+/-0.3/0.6A, and it uses an SOP8 package.
