Chip Description
The EG21814 is a cost-effective, high-power MOS tube and IGBT gate drive chip. It integrates logic signal input processing circuits, level shift circuits, pulse filtering circuits, and output drive circuits, and is specifically designed for drive circuits in brushless motor controllers.
The EG21814 has a high-end operating voltage of up to 600V, a wide low-end Vcc power supply voltage range of 10V～20V, and a quiescent current of approximately 200uA. The input channels HIN and LIN have a built-in 200K pull-down resistor, which turns off the upper and lower power MOS tubes when the input is floating. The output current capability IO+/- is 2.5/3A, and it uses a SOP14 package.
