Chip Description
The EG12521 is a cost-effective dual-tube forward high-voltage drive dedicated chip. It integrates logic signal input processing circuits, level shift circuits, pulse filtering circuits, and output matching drive circuits. It is specifically designed for drive circuits in dual-tube forward power supplies, brushless motor controllers, and DC-DC power supplies.
The EG12521 has a high-end operating voltage of up to 600V and a wide Vcc power supply voltage range of 4V～20V. The chip's input channel HIN has a built-in 200K pull-down resistor, and LIN has a built-in 200K pull-down resistor. When the input is floating, the upper and lower power MOS tubes are turned off. The output current capability IO+/- is 0.8/1.2A, and it uses an SOP8 package.
